Fresh Organic Ginger by Greenhouse PCA.  Our non-GMO ginger is sourced from Peru.  It is much thiner and darker than the non-organic ginger we are used to seeing for sale in the grocery stores. 

You may see a few green sprouts emerging from the rhizomes, because they have not been treated with anti-sprouting agents like most conventional ginger produce has been.  

This ginger is extremely spicy and perfect for cooking and juicing.
